2. Scope of Processed Data

We process only the data you provide to us voluntarily via the contact or inquiry form:

• identification data – name, surname, company name;
• contact data – email, phone, country of delivery;
• inquiry content – material, quantity, color, note.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

• Processing inquiries and pre-contractual negotiations – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Fulfilling legal obligations (accounting) – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Legitimate interest – direct marketing of our services – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention Period

Inquiry data is retained for 3 years. Accounting data is retained for the period stipulated by law (10 years).

5. Data Recipients

Data may be transferred to processors with whom we have a processing agreement – hosting provider (Lovable / Cloudflare), database provider (Supabase), email provider (Resend).
